HOW TO PROCESS FINDINGS IN THE APP – STEP BY STEP
Below, we gathered some crucial points thanks to which you will learn how to process findings in the app and, hopefully, will find the task more transparent than it was at the beginning of our journey together. We tried to make our tool as intuitive as possible. Still, there are always certain issues that might occur but this should not discourage you. The more you try, the better you become, right?
1.Gather all your previous sale contracts/current clients/Microstocks/Creative Commons licences
It is crucial to have all your documents in order. This will help you to verify whether the specific use is legal more efficiently.

2. Do not be afraid to ask for help
If you need more information regarding the specific use, reach out to your Success Agent. During the processing of the cases, you will also have the possibility to leave a comment so the responsible person can come back to you after verifying the issue. Follow-ups are good! We are just waiting for your action.

3. Be considered
Please remember that, just like in real-world, not everything that seems to be illegal must be indeed ’illegal‘. If you do not want to proceed with a certain case (such as against a public school or charity organization), it is always up to your preference. Nevertheless, please remember that we do not open cases with photo copyright infringement that have either no or a very low chance of bringing profits. All cases are thoroughly verified by us before we set them in the App.

4. Observe
Who knows best but the creator? If you see that more of your photos have been stolen on the specific website, let us know! It happens that we do not have a complete portfolio of yours and, therefore, it is hard to guess whether the rest of the photos are somehow connected to you. Therefore, we encourage you to send us more photos in order to save your time and make our service more profitable.
